About ArcPay
ArcPay is a payments gateway built on PayTo, giving Australian merchants fast, bank-authorised payments without the cost and friction of legacy rails.
Australian payments have been stuck on the same rails for decades. Cards carry layers of fees and chargebacks; bank transfers and BECS settle slowly and offer little certainty. For high-volume merchants, that means higher costs, slower cash flow and a clunky experience for every payer.
PayTo is different. Payments move in real time, straight from a customer's bank account, with authorisation through their own banking app. We built ArcPay because merchants deserved a gateway designed for this from day one, not a legacy system with PayTo bolted on the side.
